Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd. (SHACMAN), founded in 1968, located in Xi’an, Shaanxi. SHACMAN has developed into a large automobile enterprise group with 4.5 million square meters area, 59 million yuan total assets and 28 thousand employees. For expanding the overseas influence of SHACMAN, attracting and encouraging more good international students to study in China. SHACMAN and Chang’an university specially established“Chang’an University SHACMAN Entrance Scholarship”to fund excellent international students to study in China.
I. Eligibility
1. Applicants’ nationality must be from the following 9 countries: Morocco, Russia, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Vietnam, Philippines, Saudi Arabia.
2. Being friendly to China, with no illegal or criminal record. Abide by Chinese laws and regulations, respect Chinese customs and habits. Observe Chang'an University discipline and school regulations;
3. Being in good health mentally and physically, good conduct, diligent and studious;
4. Available Major: Master of Business Administration(MBA)
5. Age requirement: under 30 years old (inclusive)

Notes: 1. Students admitted to this program will study in Hainan Campus for the first year, and they can decide to stay in Hainan or come to Xi'an for the second and third year. 2. Students who choose to study in Xi’an campus in their second and third year will have no accommodation scholarship. 3. Living stipend includes a one-time allowance of RMB 10,000 yuan and a monthly grant of RMB 2,000 yuan for 10 months. |

III. Application Procedures
1. Log in Chang'an University application system and submit application materials online according to the instructions (Application documents list is as follows).
2. Applicants should pay attention to the application system and registration email, review comments and scholarship review results after uploading.

(1)Scan copy of valid ordinary passport.
(2)The highest degree certificate (Graduating students can provide a pre-graduation letter as a substitute) and transcripts.
(3)"Physical Examination Record for Foreigners".
(4) a. Students outside China: The original copy of the non-criminal record certificate and the Chinese translation (stamped).
b. Students in China: Performance letter/No objection letter (signed and stamped).
(5) a. Students outside China: The certificate of COVID-19 vaccination and the Chinese translation (stamped).
b. Students in China: Unneeded.
(6) English language proficiency proof (TOEFL score above 68, IELTS score above 5.5 or DUOLINGO above 85).
(7) Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors.
(8) Study or research plan in China.
(9) Applicants can submit other materials of personal achievements.
NOTES
1. Students who fail the entrance physical examination, drop out of school, fail to register on time without permission, or suspend school will be disqualified from the scholarship.
2. The applicant shall provide real, complete and valid application documents. Once verified commit fraud, the applicant will be disqualified from applying for our university.
